Promotional & Publicity Plan
- Direct Mail: Over 60,000 personalized invitations will be sent to various cities, manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, designers, governments, developers, architects, engineers, investment companies etc. This direct mail campaign will be repeated as we get closer to the show. Resources like associations, magazines.
- Promotion: We are finalizing sponsorship with several of the leading industry associations, publications, portals, government agencies and business organizations, all of whom will play a large role in helping us to promote the event through their memberships, readerships and affiliates.
- E-mail: Event e-mails will be sent to our database of companies, ensuring that everyone in the industry, whether involved in Battery technology, UPS or any other relevant technology is made aware and offered the opportunity to participate or attend.
- Leaflets: over 2 lac leaflets with all information and confirm participant’s logo will distribute by news paper insert all over Region.
- Special publicity effort like kiosk, hording, banners, in the area where user are located.
